Then you will get the opportunity to use that time slot to attend to emergencies. Emergency situations can arise at any point of time and your day would not end up smoothly. If you have such a time slot, you will not find it as a hard task to manage time with your other commitments.

5. Stick to appointments – Many entrepreneurs set up appointments and allow the meeting to drag past the allocated time slot. Such appointments can ruin your productivity. Therefore, you will need to stick to the schedules and make sure that you finish allocated work in a timely manner.
